Big recently decorated double bedroom with brand new large en-suite .fully furnished .in a wonderful home near local shops ,with main bus routes station. Near the motorway at junctions 9. Would suit a student or someone working from home or working locally part time or evenings ,even nightshirt as long as in the home by 6:15am . Must like cats , non smoker .someone who doesn’t mind living with a young friendly family .my daughter aged 9 hence female preferred and my son aged 11. This will be free room and approx £25 a week towards rates and bills in exchange for someone being able to do the school runs .ie get my daughter up at 0745, make breakfast and get her to school by 08:40 (10 min walk away ).Then collect at 1515 and be able to stay at home and be around until I get back at 5 pm at the latest . maybe assist with kettle if they want a pot noodle or something before I get home .
