I have a cosy room to rent, in a quiet leafy location, 10-15min walk away from Southampton General Hospital, off road parking and on direct bus route into to town. Only a short bus ride away from university of Southampton and close access to motorway. Will have use of own fridge freezer and separate cupboard. Large kitchen diner, bathroom with separate bath and shower and shared lounge.
The room is a small double with lots of storage, with a 4ft bed, underbed storage, has a triple wardrobe, large Kalax unit and a fold out table.
Need to be an animal lover as you will be sharing the house with myself (live in landlady),my cat and my friendly cockerpoo.. Looking for someone sociable, and clean and tidy. Would suit a professional or a mature student and will also consider Monday to Friday.
