This room is for full time working professionals, singles occupancy only and no children or students.

You will have use of the whole house, all I ask is you respect everything and leave it clean.

Short walking distance to the hospital, bus stops and local shops.

Currently the house is up for sale but the market is slow, I am waiting for the market to improve, therefore looking for short term lets up to 6-8 months.

Couples in this room are welcome but with an extra £200 per month,

I own the house but spend most of my time at my partners so it will be you and the other lodger.
