The house is closely situated to Southampton Common and the Sports Centre. It is also in walking distance to The General Hospital, so Is a great place to live if you are going to be working there. The city centre is also only approximately 15 minutes away by car, slightly longer by bus! It is a very pleasant, quiet area surrounded by lots of trees!
My home is very comfortable with all the mod cons. The spare rooms have a double bed, a wardrobe and 2 chest of drawers.
I have a 3 year old Cockapoo called Silvi. She is very lovely and friendly. If you like dogs that is definitely a bonus but if you are indifferent, no worries as Silvi stays with me downstairs and does not need to bother you.
The rooms are available now and will be available initially for 3 months which may be extended.
