* Parking is available on Samber Close and is un permitted.

* I do not own a pet
* Whilst I own the house and live here permanently, I have a friend who has the small spare room Monday night to Thursday night who works locally.
* Monday - Friday letting of the room considered for those who may be working here but living away. £400 a month.
