Fairly large double room available Monday to Friday (sunday-thursday/Friday if more suitable. price discussed) photo of bedroom slightly outdated, as getting new carpets in the next week or 2, can send any updated pictures on request. bedroom consists of double bed, bedside table, set of drawers, 32 inch tv and built in wardrobe. Storage to be discussed on what is needed as some items stored in room already. Can be removed for right tenant or space made dependant on what is needed.

Shared bathroom with bath and shower, shared living room and shared kitchen. Communal parking.

Living with a professional couple, who are friendly and easy to get a long with. we work Monday to Friday 8-6. But happy to chat in the evenings, or the room is yours to chill in if you'd rather your own space. All channels included, all sports, movies, netflix and other subscriptions.

No pets allowed. 3 floors up in flats, viewing recommended.

Close to public transport for all routes around Southampton, 15 mins walk to redbridge train station, 10 mins drive to Southampton, 2 mins from the m27, local pubs/restaurants nearby.
