Clean comfortable double room for female (single occupancy only) in well-equipped house. Close to bus routes & train station. There is Wifi, a small kitchen, upstairs bathroom/toilet, a comfortable lounge and sunny back garden.

You will be sharing communal spaces with one other female lodger and occasionally full-time working landlord. The room is not available to couples. The garden room is for landlord’s use only.

The ideal housemate would be someone who is easy-going & respectful to others, when using shared facilities. eg: keeping communal areas clean (especially the kitchen & bathroom after using) and noise at a minimum during sleeping hours.

All bills inclusive at £650 per month payable in advance of moving in. The Deposit is one month’s rent.
