Large double room in detached 4-bed house

I currently live on my own, now my grown up children have moved away and have decided I’d like to rent out one of my spare double bedrooms.

It’s a beautiful light and spacious west facing room, situated at the back of the house, overlooking the garden. It has its own en-suite shower room, is on the top floor of my townhouse and also benefits from its own air-conditioning unit.

My house is well kept, with a large kitchen/dining room with tv, shown in the photos, leading onto a sunny garden. There is also a lounge with tv on the first floor. I have an office in one of the 4 bedrooms and run my own business from home. I keep the other spare bedroom free for family and friends who visit occasionally.

Parking is available on the driveway.

We are a short 5 minute walk to Netley train station or the no.15 bus stops near the house. The M27 is approx a 5 minute drive from here.

It is a 10 minute walk to Royal Victoria Country Park and Netley beach.

All the usual household appliances are here which I am happy to share with my new tenant.
