My husband and I own the house and are in our late 30s. We live in the remainder of the house with our 5 year old son and super friendly cockapoo. However, it is completely separated from our part of the property with a separate front door and is so much more than just renting a room. We pride ourselves on building excellent relationships with our tenants (our previous tenants have all stayed for years at a time) and we completely respect your privacy. We are there should you need us but otherwise we keep ourselves to ourselves.
