Double room with double bed and fully furnished, over looking the back garden.
One bathroom, shared with myself and another girl.
The house is located very close to a nice pub & close to shops. The kitchen is large, American fridge freezer, range cooker, kitchen island, fully equip & a dishwasher and washing machine. Full use of shared areas- sitting room, kitchen, conservatory, downstairs loo and garden. There is no outdoor storage available, but plenty of parking outside.
I am have two dogs that live at the house, they are adorable and everyone loves them, but obviously liking dogs is a must. As there is already two dogs at the house, I'm afraid that a person without pets is a must and no couples because of there only being one bathroom. The house is a good size with a nice garden, with outside security.
I am a dog groomer, working locally.
Rent is PCM and includes all bills, Sky, unlimited Sky Broadband.
