Freezer and washing machine located in a separate close building attached to the main house but the plan is to have it plumbed into the annex.
Bathroom with shower not en-suite but it is your own bathroom in your private annex
One double bedroom - complete with lift up storage bed, double set of drawers, two side storage bedside tables. Tv on the wall.
One single bedroom or office/storage/gym room whatever your preference (has a small wardrobe to hang things).
Living area includes kallax storage unit with boxes, two person sofa. Space for a tv to be fixed to the wall or left on top of unit. We provide the bedroom tv. You would need to bring the living room one if needed.
Broadband provided
All bills included.
Preferably would like to rent out to responsible, tidy and quiet person who is respectful of the fact that we have a family and will look after the annex.
Shared access to our garden within reason.
Private locked Side entrance access to annex separate to main house.
