We have a single room for rent in a 2 bed 1st floor flat. The room is fully furnished and there is unlimited free wi-fi broadband available with a very good reception. The room includes a double wardrobe, single bed, carpeting and a chest of drawers. We are a friendly home and are looking for someone who is similarly easy going and clean and tidy.
You would have use of all facilities around the home including the lounge and kitchen. The kitchen is well equipped to meet all your catering needs, you won't need to bring your own cutlery! The bathroom has a shower and bath. As we are out quite a lot through work commitments there is generally not a queue to use the bathroom.
We would prefer someone who is in full time work or full time student. We are located in the North of Portsmouth walking distance from high Street shops as well as a corner shop for basic food items and toiletries. We are close to a main bus route 15 minute ride to the University.
