The newly fitted kitchen has an 2 x Ovens, Hobs and Extractor fans, 1 x Dishwasher, 1 X Washing machine, 1 x Tumble Dryer and 1 x Washer/Dryer, 2 x Fridge/Freezers, 1 x Microwaves.

Patio door leads out to a decked courtyard with seating area, rear access gate and bike storage.

All communal areas are cleaned once every fortnight by ProPods approved cleaning company.

An additional service can be provided to tenants at an additional cost.

The property is located in London Road, North End, and is close to out of city links, excellent main bus routes and local amenities.

Council tax is payable by the tenant as an additional cost per month and billed directly from Portsmouth City Council.
