Hello,
We have a room to rent in our home. We are a couple with a toddler. Peaceful home. Currently we have my Dad with us too helping.
We like cooking, good wine, films, music, travelling etc.
We both work. I work from home mostly and have to go into the office once to twice per week. Toddler goes to bed early and doesn’t wake early.
Tenant must also being a working person full time or equivalent.
Our house is for sale but we will give plenty of notice - it has been up for a while and as the market is slow yet we may pause the sale soon depending on the market, as we’ve had it on for a while.
