✨ We will have a newly decorated double bedroom available (currently unfurnished but can be furnished if required.)

We have parts of the house designated just for yourself and one other female lodger.
Including:

🚿 Private newly-renovated shower room (pictured).

Private reception room to relax and unwind 😊 (pictured)

🥣A Kitchen preparation area, and fridge/freezer also shared exclusively with the other female lodger (pictured).

💡 All bills are included (gas, electric, water, council tax, and superfast broadband) ⚡🌐

🐱 We also have 3 lovely cats who are great entertainment after a long day’s work or study!

🚌 Just a 5-minute walk to all major bus stops for easy commuting across the city📍
