Room available in a clean and quiet flat in North End, PO2. Available from the 1st of June.

We are looking for a respectful, clean and easygoing person. Female preferred, but males will also be considered. The room is suitable for ONE person only. This is non negotiable.

£450 per month including bills.

Perfect for commuting workers or students looking for a peaceful environment. We are a small, respectful and quiet family and we are looking for someone with a similar attitude. At the same time, we want you to feel comfortable and at home.

The flat has been recently renovated. The room is still work in progress, but it will include a bed and your own desk. More photos of the living room and kitchen will be shared very soon. You are of course welcome to use all common areas, including the large kitchen and living room.
Rent must be paid on time.
