Single room available – £450 per month, bills included
We have a lovely single room available in our family home. We would preferably like a female who is clean, tidy, respectful and would enjoy a friendly and relaxed family environment. We want our lodger to feel at home and comfortable here, while sharing a nice and respectful household.
The room is for one person only, please. We are happy to welcome one person into our home and unfortunately cannot accommodate two people.
£450 per month, bills included (reasonable usage).
