It has a double bed, a chest of drawers, a storage box, a bedside cabinet, a desk and a chair and a wardrobe. It’s quiet with a lovely garden eating and sitting area. The bathroom is shared with me the landlady as well as a large kitchen, a dining room with tv, a lounge with tv and a conservatory with washing machine and tumble dryer. The kitchen is well equipped with main oven and hob, a kettle and toaster, a microwave, a slow cooker, an air fryer and a shared fridge freezer. I have a friendly cat, no parking permit needed, 5mn walk to London Road bus stop and to main shops. Smoking allowed outdoors.
