The back garden is a good size lawn.

The live in landlord is a happy chap, always willing to help, and respectful of others space. He has a 4 year old boxer dog, very friendly.
The house is on the market , but wont sell for over 6 months but might sell in less than 12 so long term cant be guaranteed.
