This delightful bungalow offers a private and comfortable home away from home, perfect for a professional working away. You have a spacious double bedroom, own lounge/kitchen and bathroom set in the desirable and rural area of Northney, Hayling Island.
This is only for a Monday PM to Friday AM lodger who is quiet, respectful and prefers their own space. A second bedroom could be a possibility if 2 colleagues want to lodge together - total £800/month.
Lovely field and costal walks/cycles direct from the house. Kayak, SUP, rowing and windsurfing all popular sports in this area with Langstone and Chichester harbours a stone’s throw away and the glorious beach less than 10mins drive. No traffic or parking issues and Havant, Portsmouth and Chichester are all within very easy reach.
Bills are included and I would consider other stay arrangements but not a full-time let, so please feel free to contact me about your requirements.
