The House -

The property is a modern mid-terrace townhouse with garage. The house benefits from 2 off-road spots and there are plenty of safe on-road parking places. We have a lawned rear garden and small, lawned front garden.

The house consists of 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, kitchen and living room. The kitchen was new in 2022 and has plenty of cupboard space, seating, washing machine, tumble dryer, double oven, gas hob, large fridge and additional fridge freezer. The living room houses a large TV and Netflix is included. We also have unlimited broadband and an excellent phone and 5G signal.

The Ground Floor room - (£625 inc. bills)

The available room is on the ground floor and a window gives views onto the front garden. It's furnished with a double bed and good mattress, a new chest of drawers, new wardrobe, an additional storage unit and curtains. It shares a bathroom with one other (incredibly clean and tidy!) person.

The Location -

The house is in a fantastic spot, a quiet cul-de-sac but just 5 minutes drive/10 minute walk into Basingstoke centre and the large retail park at Chineham (with Tesco's, Next, Boots etc) is a couple of minutes drive away.

The Housemates -

The current tenants are friendly and easy-going professionals - in their mid 20's to mid 40's. We're looking for a sociable, clean and tidy professional in roughly the same age bracket.

The Tenancy -

I require references (ideally employer and previous landlord if applicable), a deposit of a month's rent, and the rental payments made monthly in advance.
