Pet - 3 year old Golden Retriever - I am looking for someone that is ok with a big hairy dog - that isn't fully trained yet. He is going to be an emotional support dog for children so he has rules. I'd like someone that can cover pet sitting occasionally.

***No couples***. It is not fun to live with 'couple dramas'. I don't drink as on health plan. I don't mind drinkers - just not 5 beers a night every night people. We prefer a female flatmate to share with a senior woman manager in the other room.

It's two buses - bus 13 to the Bus Station (16 mins) to change- only operates office hours though.

Most staff drive - it's 10 mins by car / moped.

Dog walking 2 minutes walk from property - Basingstoke Common which has a herd of horses and fenced
Crabtree plantation which is woodland. There is also many dog walks around the village.
