Single bedroom furnished in a very quiet cul de sac. I have rented to both male and female in the past. The no 1 bus route to Winchester/Southampton is nearby , large garden. Nearby is NISA SUPERMARKET, POST OFFICE, BUTCHER, WILLIAMS GARAGE.
I am retired , single, with family in the area. Ive had shift workers IBM 4 miles from Hursley. in the past, theres one shared bathroom (SHOWER) large kitchen, sunny property. There is no TV in room, theres a wardrobe, chest of drawers, and room for a desk/table if required. I have 4 grandchildren who visit often. Ideally someone who would be happy to do light housework for me, as I don't have a cleaner at present.
