Flatmate is moving out so I need to find a replacement.
2 Bed flat located near the centre of town as well as a 20min walk to the train station.
The flat is very spacious, and a nice modern kitchen, free on street parking as well as a private garden with a small pond (it is very small though).
The new flatmate would in addition to the room, have pretty much exclusive access to the living room as I don't use it at all.
