The room is available from Mid February . You would only pay me for the 2 weeks left of February . Then start the normal
full rent price of £620 on March 1st 2026.

I would need a deposit, £200 to hold your room for you also.
If you decide to rent the room. As well as the Money left to pay in February. Which we arrange when your here.

My room rents are always taken from 1st of each month by a bank transfer into my bank account.

If you decide to leave at some point , You need to add £420 to bring the money for the rent up to the usual price of £620. As you would already have £200 from your deposit in my holding account. . If you use your deposit as your notice payment. Otherwise, I just transfer your £200 deposit money back to your account.

TV cables and Internet connection in your room.
The double room, has a 45'' smart TV which you can borrow for your room or you're welcome to bring your own TV, If you wish to.

My Sitting room , is only shared sometimes.
Mostly for meals, as I have a dinning table in the room.
and a small kitchen table with chair.

No one under age 30 please, You must also have a full-time job. A professional person non smoker or non vaper . Must not drink too much.

I have one Shower/ Bath room.
Close to the bedrooms

No Animals , No Children . No Couples .
I have a sitting room/ dinning area down stairs Kitchen and small garden.

House Appliances and Connections

I have a New double Electric oven. Micro wave.
Gas boiler. Washing machine clothes dryer , only used for drying bath towels. I could buy a heated clothes airer .
The House has WIFI and TV Connection in the rooms. I give you the house WIFI / Broadband code when you arrive.

I have all my Utility Papers up to date to show you.

Flu is really bad this season .First time it's been, so bad in 20 years !
