Sometimes, I have a housemate Friday TV night, so we can all watch a TV show or Movie together on my main TV down stairs. I have a Prime and a Netflix account on my TV.

No one under age 30 please, You must also have a full-time job. A responsible professional person non smoker or non vaper .

I have one Shower/ Bath room.
Close to the bedrooms

The room is available on 1st January 2025
Non Smokers preferred , No Animals , No Children .

I have a sitting room/ dinning area down stairs Kitchen and small Garden.

The sitting you can use with me some times,
I need my own space too some times without any one in the room with me. I like to workout at home a couple times a week.

I have a New double Electric oven, large Air Fryer.
Gas boiler , new a year ago.

The House has WIFI and TV Connection. In all rooms .
The Fibre connection is here , my WIFI / Broadband
Which has a faster connection now, if you need to work from home.

I have all my Utility Papers up to date to show you.

and not far from Southsea beach by bus or car.
