We are looking for an extremely clean, tidy and respectful PROFESSIONAL aged between 23-40 years of age in order to keep the culture and interests of the house aligned.

No couples, sorry.
No naval base workers, sorry.

The house is located just off North End high street (London Road) with its plethora of shops, pubs and takeaways. The nearest convenience stores are an Aldi and Lidl that are both within a 3-5 minute walk. Commercial Road (Portsmouth Town Centre) is around 1 mile away and Gunwharf Quays being around 2 miles away. Southsea seafront is around the same distance. QA Hospital (A&E) is just an 8 minute drive away or 15 minutes on the bus or by bike and the nearest doctors surgery is Kingston Crescent which is a 2 minute walk.

TENANCY DETAILS:

TENANT CRITERIA:

• Must provide proof of identity and right to rent in England
• Must have a credit file with no adverse credit
• Must prove an annual income of at least 30x the monthly rent
• Must provide proof of address and a landlord reference if you are currently renting

If you do not meet any of the above criteria, we may ask for a guarantor.

GUARANTOR CRITERIA (IF REQUIRED):

• Must provide proof of identity
• Must have a credit file with no adverse credit
• Must prove an annual income of at least 36x the monthly rent
• Must provide proof of address in the UK
• Must also provide an employment, and landlord reference where applicable, if you wish to use the deposit replacement

If you do not have a suitable UK based guarantor, you may be able to use our guarantor scheme instead (please ask for details).
