Quiet, bright double bedroom

Hi there :)
We are a friendly professional couple, with our 3 cats and
have a bright, warm, and very quiet cosy double bedroom available to rent.

The Room:
The bedroom has its own lock on the door and comes furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers, bedside table and lamp. The bedroom is part of a two-room corridor that is shared with another female lodger only. You two have a brand new shower room just for yourselves with luxurious walk in shower, toilet, sink and heated towel rail.

The House
All bills are included (electricity, gas, superfast broadband, water, and council tax).
In the kitchen you have you own private fridge-freezer, worktop space, and storage cupboards, but will share the washing machine, sink and dishwasher with the rest of the house.
There is a large separate living/dining room for you that is shared with the other lodger only, (includes two sofas and a work desk) if you want to relax outside your room or eat meals.
We also have a pretty garden to relax in when the sun is out!

The house is quiet, calm and respectful and we are looking for a tenant that feels the same.

Rent is payable upfront, along with a £250 security deposit that is returned at the end of your stay.
