2. It's very close to the teaching building.
3. The apartment is well-equipped with all facilities included, such as free Wi-Fi, an independent washing machine, bathroom and kitchen, oven, refrigerator, microwave, etc. There is also a large gym.
4. The railway station is right downstairs, making it very convenient for travel.
