One double room, which is 13 ft x 1O ft, with a shared bathroom between the prospective lodger and one other, as well as a shared kitchen. The house is in the centre of Baffins, which is close to a Co-op, chemist's, and several takeaways on Tangiers road. Good transport links by bus and also close to the A2030 for getting in and out of Portsmouth by car.
You would be sharing with myself, the landlord, who lives downstairs and one other lodger, who has been here for four years.
I have three friendly dogs who live downstairs and do not go upstairs!
We are both very sociable and are out several nights a week, but tend to be quiet when at home in the evenings.
