Characterful double room available in a nicely furnished, owner-occupied three-bedroom home in the Copnor area of Portsmouth.
This is not a busy house share — it would just be myself, one lodger, a small dog and two cats, including a Ragdoll house cat and one outdoor cat. The room would suit someone who is comfortable around animals and looking for a calm, respectful home environment.
The house is WFH-friendly, with excellent Wi-Fi and several desk/work areas available. I also work from home most days, so I’m looking for someone tidy, considerate and easy to live alongside.
This would be ideal for a mature working professional, contractor, or someone relocating who wants a peaceful home rather than a large shared household.
The room is for single occupancy only. I’m ideally looking for someone for 6–12 months. All bills included, subject to reasonable domestic use.
