Two rooms are available in a friendly shared house, with rent of £600 per month including bills.

There are currently two people living in the house, so it’s a relaxed and established household.

There are two rooms available:

Ground-floor room: Located at the front of the house, conveniently close to the front door.
Upstairs room: Located at the back of the house, offering a quieter position away from the main entrance.
The house has a friendly and comfortable atmosphere, and we’re looking for someone who is respectful, clean and considerate of shared spaces.

£600 per month – bills included.
