Double room available in family home. We have a labrador cross Australian shepherd who is 11. Our children have grown up and left home. We live in walking distance of the town centre (about 10 mins) and very close (abt 2 mins walk) to all bus routes. All bills are included including very fast WiFi. There is a shared bathroom with bath and shower and shared kitchen and living room and garden. References will be required as we have had trouble before with a lodger when we were too trusting.
