Looking for someone (a student) to take over my tenancy for a Large Standard Double Studio at Unite Students Greetham Street (PO5 4FB) as I'm moving out of the country. It's an amazing, fully independent space (Flat 313) with your own private kitchen, en-suite bathroom, storage, and a double bed. Super central location, literally right next to Portsmouth & Southsea station and minutes from any of the University of Portsmouth buildings. Rent is £225/week (might be able to negotiate) with all bills and high-speed Wi-Fi included. The official takeover will go securely through Unite Students and the contract runs until the September 4, 2027. Although, if you only want it until June thats fine by me.
