Double room which is available around the 14th March. The house is located just on the edge in Stamshaw, Portsmouth.

The room will come fully furnished with a bed, orthopedic mattress, chest of drawers and a wardrobe. A desk and chair can also be provided.

The house benefits from a living in landlord therefore there is warm, friendly and clean feel to the house.
The new tenant must be clean and tidy and be respectful to others in the house.

The room is only suitable for one person (no couple) and would suit a working professional ideally.

All house bills included and high speed broadband provided.

On street Parking is available but will require a permit to be purchased from the council (about £120 a year).

The house is conveniently situated just a 10 min walk from London Road and about 30 mins from the city centre. There are also buses excellent bus routes from the top of the road that go pretty much everywhere in the city including the hospital.
