1) 13+ WEEK STAY
£130 weekly

2) 10-12 WEEK STAY
£135 weekly

3) 1-9 WEEK STAY
£140 weekly

*Rent rate will be adjusted and charged for length of actual stay.

WEEKLY RENT
In order to be able to offer one week notice (not one month as elsewhere), and a week-to-week flexible let, the rent is paid WEEKLY on Saturday for the period until the following Friday.

Happy to accept a pro-rata for first week ; however, rent is paid weekly after. Therefore, please arrange to vacate on a Saturday to use up your rent, as it is not refundable if you choose to vacate on another day.

BEDDING
Provided for stays of less than one month.

For one month plus stays, mattress protector and bottom sheet will be provided. You'll need to provide your own pillows, duvet etc.
