The room is fully furnished with a comfortable bed and study table with chair . The floor is fully carpeted from entrance to room in the house . The room is properly ventilated and the outside view from the room is heart touching and magnificent!
2. The house consists of 3large spacious rooms. The shared areas of the house includes one fully functional kitchen ( fryer, mixer, microwave, flour maker, fridge, freezer, stove, utensils for every type of cooking, pans, pots, glass sets, cups, knife sets, fork spoons and other daily use utensils) , one toilet having a glass separated shower and washing basin, a dinning table for 4 persons.
The outside area included in the house premises has a parking space that can accommodate about 8 cars at a time. Within the parking is the Apple tree that is fascinating enough to draw attention towards it. There is enough place under the tree to sit in Summer time and for bar b q in winter time, you can also smoke there.
3. St Denys station is 1.6m from the location.
Sainsbury is 400 feet right in front of the house.
The Gym is also in front of the house at 400feet distance.
The house is situated in the main area of high street that includes shops, bars, restaurants and other necessities are all covered in this market place.
Southampton portswood library is to the left of the house at a distance of less than 100 foot steps.
4. The house is for the present occupied by one female & male. Mostly the inmates are outside of home which gives a complete privacy in the whole house and uninterrupted peace and silence day and night for rest and stay.
It is suitable for singles , Smoking area is outside and looking for neat clean occupants who consider cleanliness and hygiene on priority basis.
The amount for couple is £800
