The bathroom is downstairs and the bedroom is upstairs. The bathroom has a bath and shower and is mostly for the use of the tenant.

My preference is for a PHD or masters student or a professional. Close to St Denys station and 20 minutes walk to Highfield campus. Secure bike parking
