Location: 7-minute walk to Highfield campus.
Flatmates: Lovely, caring, and great at keeping bills low.
Who: FULL-TIME STUDENTS ONLY.
Stay: Minimum 9 months (until 1st July next year).
House: Fully furnished with 2 bathrooms, a kitchen with an electric hob and oven, including a washing machine and tumble dryer, and a living room. Multiple storing space in the garden and in the house.
Room: Double bed, big wardrobe, a chair and a study desk, bedside table and shelves.
Bills: Internet is included! (We split the rest).
Offer: I can cover your deposit! Happy to negotiate on bills too.
