Double glazed centrally heated fully furnished with amazing views in South Downs National Park. Approach through privately gated entrance with long drive., with security lighting and CCTV. Furnished to a high standard with Mexican pine hardwood furniture with brass double bed (with new hotel grade comfy mattress) side table, wardrobe, chest of drawers and tub chair, new carpet. House overlooks paddocks, weavers down, garden and duck pond. Set in 21 acres of private land, so no near neighbours and really quiet area. Has plenty of off road parking, free fast fibre to the house Wi Fi (BT Halo unlimited). Includes TV point. Shared use of large country style kitchen, washing machine, American Fridge etc with own sole use of luxury bathroom. but off corridor not actually en suite. Security floodlit and CCTV outside All bills included, water, rates, electric, heating, council tax etc. Professional cleaner cleans communal areas regularly and professional gardeners. You may need your own TV license and insurance for personal possessions.
Would suit a quiet person (use of personal headphones for any loud TV or music especially late at night would be appreciated). We like to keep the communal areas clean and tidy (no washing up to be left in sink please) Smoking only allowed in designated area outside house., covered smokers gazebo with ash tray provided (no cigarette butts to be left on the floor etc please) Any heavy drinkers or anyone who takes recreational drugs would not be welcome! We are a warm and friendly group. Currently 3 lodgers in this wing of the house. Landlady is a member of the National Residential Landlords Association and wants people to enjoy living here as much as she does. All accommodation is ground floor (3 steps to bathroom) and has high standard of furnishings and decor. Current lodgers would recommend us.
Please note although we are close to fast rail and road networks for commuters, we do not have public transport through the village. It is an approximately 1 mile walk or cycle ride to Liss for bus or train. Rake is situated about half way between Guildford and Portsmouth.
