Double glazed centrally heated fully furnished with stunning views in South Downs National Country Park. `The approach to Coldharbour Park is through a privately gated entrance with long drive and with security lighting and CCTV. Furnished to a high standard with Mexican pine hardwood furniture with hotel standard comfy mattress (presently has single bed but can take a double bed) with side table, chest of drawers, wardrobe and chair. House overlooks paddocks, duck pond, garden, Weavers Down and Chapel Common. Set in 21 acres of private park and farm land, it is a really quiet area. Has plenty of off road parking, fast fibre to the house, BT Wi Fi included and a tv point. . Shared use of farm style kitchen with washing machine, American fridge/freezer etc with own luxury private lockable bathroom along corridor (not actually en suite) . Security floodlit and CCTV outside. All bills included, water, council tax, heating, electric etc. All accommodation is ground floor with high standard of decor. Due to shared communal areas sadly we are unable to accommodate pets. Also we are unable to store or allow charging of electric scooters or cycles inside the house but there is an electric point outside with bike rack that bikes can be chained to. Professional cleaner cleans communal areas regularly, also private gardeners maintain the outside area. You may need your own TV licence and insurance for your personal items. Would suit a quiet person who uses personal headphones for any loud music, TV especially late at night. Also someone who respects others (so no leaving the washing up in the sink please) We like to keep the communal areas clean and tidy. No smoking allowed in the house, there is a smokers wooden gazebo outside with ash tray, so no butts on the floor. please. Sorry heavy drinkers and anyone taking recreational drugs would not be welcome. We are really a warm and friendly bunch of people. There are currently 2 lodgers sharing this wing of the house. The live in Landlady is a member of the National Residential Landlords Association, and she hopes that everyone enjoys living in this lovely home as much as she does. Current and most previous lodgers would recommend us and some have returned when moving back to the area.
Please note that although we are close to fast road and rail networks there is no public transport through the village. It is just over 1 mile to Liss to walk or cycle to the nearest bus stop, the Liss station is on the Portsmouth line. Do get back to me if you would like to know more or you would like to look round.

Free Wi Fi BT unlimited (fast fibre connected to actual house, which is unusual for rural setting), TV point etc. All rooms lockable. Smoking only allowed outside the house but not near the farm buildings. . New covered smokers gazebo with ash tray, smokers are expected to respect others and not leave butts on the floor. Sorry no storage or charging inside of property of electric bikes or scooters. Cleaner comes in regularly to keep communal areas up to scratch and hoover room carpets. Beautiful rural setting, set in the National South Downs Country Park. Would suit quiet, clean indivi Recommended by previous lodgers who have even moved back when coming back to the area.
Our idyllic village (situated approximately half way between Guildford and Portsmouth) has no public transport through the village but is close to fast road and rail networks for commuters. Please note, despite our GU postcode we are not actually in Guildford but are between Liphook and Petersfield. So check our postcode GU33 7JJ to see if we are in the right area for you.
