First floor studios ideal for a professional working away from home during the week on a short term contract and returning home for weekends, also suitable if house hunting in the area or relocating for work purposes. Available weekdays only (Monday pm to Friday am) from 5th October to 25th March due to seasonal lets booked.

No shared spaces except for stairs leading to the 2 first floor studios and front garden area with seating. Landlord and family live in a separate part of building. A third Studio apartment is on the ground floor, has a separate entrance and is kept for daily guests.

Would suit a local company requiring regular weekly accommodation for a colleague at an inclusive cost of £800 per month. An agreement is available for 6 months from October 2026 or 5 months from November 2026.
Extra charge for cleaning only if there’s a changeover of personnel during the same week.

Close to A31 and A338 - good transport links for access to Bournemouth, Poole, Wimborne, Ringwood, and Bournemouth Airport, plus Woolsbridge Industrial Estate, Headlands Business Park and Ferndown Industrial Estate and many others in Ringwood, all close by. Bus stop a few minutes walk from the Studio.

Self contained first floor studio apartments fully furnished with superking bed and ensuite shower room. Kitchenette facilities include sink, food preparation area, under counter fridge with freezer compartment, induction hob, kettle, toaster and combi microwave. A selection of glassware, cutlery and crockery is available. Table and chairs, mobile aircon unit, fan, central heating. Cleaning, towels and linen change weekly included.

Driveway parking and excellent wifi free of charge.

A short walk or cycle to Moors Valley Country Park and access to Castleman Trailway and Ringwood Forest. The New Forest is a 5 minute drive and coast 20 minutes.
