I'm looking for 1 person to rent out a room in my house who is similar in age to me, who doesn't smoke, who is clean and tidy around the house and who likes animals. Professional preferred. The soonest I can rent out is 20th May. There is a lovely garden with a patio and bench to sit on outside. There will also be few cats wandering about the house. It's about a 10 minute walk from the train station, 2 minute walk from bus route to Winchester and a 10-20 minute drive to Southampton. Ideally want someone who doesn't work from home.
