A bright, spacious double room available in a recently renovated two-bedroom house in a lovely quiet area of Romsey. The property is just a 10-minute canal-side stroll into the town centre and offers two car parking spaces and a calm, immaculate, homely environment.

The bedroom can be furnished with basic furnishings (bed, side table, and TV if required) or left unfurnished to suit your needs. However, please note the rest of the house is only furnished with basic amenities including white goods (fridge freezer, washing machine, oven, kettle). There is a bar stool at the breakfast bar in the kitchen for eating, but there is no sofa and one will not be provided as this is a short-term let.

All bills are included (utilities, & council tax), however there is no boradband at the property.

Availability: From the end of November until the end of February (short-term let)

Flexibility: Shorter stays considered

Preferences: Single occupant only – no couples, no pets
Smokers welcome, as long as smoking is outside
