Double room in quiet two bedroom household

I have available a double room with all bills provided. Room is not en-suite however only one other occupant to share with.

I am a professional male that spends most time away from the property at my second property so the home will be very quiet for the right person. I will consider couples and small pets however this will be on a case by case basis. Room available from 10th August when my current respectful tennant moves on to the next chapter of her life!

This maisonette is two bedroom, one bathroom, one shared lounge and kitchen. There is one private parking space for the lodger and access to a small garden with bike shed!

Further perks include a bi-weekly cleaner.
