Stylish double bedroom with private bathroom (next to bedroom), in a large 4 bedroom 1930s house, on one of the quietest streets in the safe and sought after neighbourhood of Upper Shirley. Great location with walkable distances to University of Southampton , Southampton General Hospital, The Common and multiple parks, shops and transport links.

We are both academics with a teenage daughter and a friendly pet whippet. We are looking for the right female professional or post graduate student to share our family home.

Our home is in a great location, a 5 minute walk to Southampton Common, a 30 minute walk to University of Southampton, 20 minute walk to the General Hospital, 40 minute walk to the city centre, and a 10 minute walk to Shirley high street, with bus routes to Southampton Central train station and the city centre (both 10 minute bus journeys), supermarkets, cafes, bars, gyms and other amenities.

Shared spaces - sunny south east facing garden, living room, dinning room and large kitchen, where you will have your own fridge and cupboard space.

All bills included (including Toob high speed broadband). Shared areas are cleaned by professional cleaners on a weekly basis. Parking is available outside the house.
