AVAILABLE FROM 1ST JANUARY:
I have a very large room available in this very nicely presented house. Sharing with 6 friendly professionals (2 females and 4 males) so ideally looking for a female or a couple to help balance the numbers.
The room has new furniture and comprises a double bed, wardrobe, bedside cabinet and chest of drawers. There's plenty of space for a desk and chair too.
There's a lovely garden area, lounge, Smart TV, 2 fridge freezers, 2 cookers, dishwasher, 2 shower rooms, bike storage and 900MB wi-fi included. Free parking is available on the road outside the house.
Shirley High St is just a 2 minute walk from the house. Very close to Lidl, lots of shops and a bus stop where all the buses go straight to the central train station and city centre.
The rent is £630 per month including all the bills. The deposit for is just £500.
Couples are welcome for an extra £200 per month and extra £200 deposit.
