I have a double bedroom available for rent in Sholing, available for single or double occupancy in a very clean and well-maintained house. There is parking for one car on the driveway and a bus stop directly outside Squirrel Drive with direct links to the City Centre and General Hospital and Sholing train station is only a 5 minute walk.

In this double bedroom, the bed can either be used as a single bed or a double bed. When used as a double bed, it is actually bigger than a double bed, but slightly smaller than a king size bed. Couples are welcome in this double bedroom, the rent for couples is £750 per calendar month including all bills, council tax and broadband and parking for one car on the front driveway. There is storage in the three drawers in the bed and there are two wardrobes in the room for storage too. No dressing table anymore.

You will have access to a fully equipped house which includes the living room, kitchen, your bathroom & the garden.

Cat lover preferred and someone that wouldn't minding feeding my cat if I'm ever away. This house will not be suitable for anyone with allergies to cats as I do have a cat, but she mainly sleeps and is no trouble at all. I usually work from home three days a week.
