Driveway has one space available and is first come first serve, but no one else drives currently. Also free on road parking available.

Large garden at the back with a couple sheds where bikes can be stored. There's also a BBq in the back you can use.

All bills included with best available Virgin Media 1000 Mbps broadband and broadband relays throughout the house.

Spacious kitchen with a TV and a dishwasher you can use. Plenty of frisge space.

The bedroom listed (no.3) is a double room, double bed with ottoman storage (bed frame lifts up), memory foam mattress, and comes with an additional small room with a sofa and a 50" 4K Neo QLED HDR Smart TV to yourself. The TV in this room and the one in the lounge both have virgin media sky sports and film channels free.

Cleaner for communal areas fortnightly.

Only thing I'd ask is please be respectful of the other people in the house and no shoes on the carpet as it's still new and is kept clean thanks. Everyone please to contribute their bit to keep the place tidy.
