Must love animals!

Must like animals 🐕🐕🐈🐈🐍🐍🐍🐍🕷️🕷️🕷️🕷️🕷️🕷️🦎🐢🐹🦗 Ideally someone happy to feed and let the furries out when I’m at work, as I do shift work.
Use of the whole house, don’t really want someone to just be sat in their room, not saying we have to hang out, but get on at least!
I have a spacious garden, which is a bit of a jungle right now, but can be great in the weather.
All bill etc included - just sort your own food!
I have a bathroom with shower over bath, a toilet downstairs also. AC which is a god send in the summer. Washing machine. Tumble dryer, dishwasher.
Price is lower than other double rooms in area due to the fact you will always be covered in dog hair, but they repay this with begging for food and hoovering up your leftovers.
A smoker is fine, but not in the house, the conservatory is fine, I’m not that mean to make you stand out in the rain!
All my previous lodgers have been male, I think this is a preference of mine, but also fine with a female.
I’m quite sarcastic and can be immature, but I’m pretty easy to get on with, obvs love my animals, into my crafts, I’m a home bird, prefer to be at home in my PJs, also have more cactus that I should have, defo a killer of plants though!
