It has a wardrobe & chest of drawers... It also has a single divan bed with sliding doors for extra storage inside.

All bills included... TV licence... Council tax... Water... Gas & Electric... Also broadband/Wifi... Plus all cleaning products.

The house located on the outskirts of Millbrook is spacious... Tidy & modern... It has 4 bedrooms & a nice sized garden with a locked shed for bike storage... There is plenty of on-road free parking... No permits or restrictions... We have a massive kitchen with all mod cons including a dishwasher... The bathroom is smart & stylish with both bath & shower.

There are 3 cats living here.

The house currently has 1 female & 1 male living in it... It has more of a homely feel to it than the average shared house.

The house is in a great location with everything you need close to hand... It's a very short distance to the nearest superstore & there's a convenience shop at the end of the road along with a bus stop... It has easy access to the M27... It takes 15 minutes to walk to Redbridge train station... The general hospital is a 20-minute walk... You can ride to the uni in under 20 mins & it's a 10-minute drive to the centre of town... It's also less than a mile to the docks & within easy reach of McDonalds & KFC.

I'm looking for a clean "green" (environmentally conscious) housemate... To ideally take on a 6-month (or longer) contract... Although a shorter term can be arranged for an additional one-off fee of £50.

The house is smoke-free... However, smoking is permitted in the back garden.
